Simon Mitchell is a seasoned leader in the fence industry with nearly 20 years of experience. With roots in hands-on work and expertise in lean manufacturing, he’s now expanding SLEEKFENCE™ globally. From North America to the UK and Australia, Simon drives growth. Off the clock, he enjoys relaxing on the deck with his daughters, Cora and Ivy.

Adam Deo

Marketing Director
Adam Deo leads marketing at SLEEKFENCE with a passion for strategy and people. He’s helped brands across North America achieve lasting results through innovative campaigns. Guided by integrity and competitive greatness, Adam is also a proud husband, father, fitness fanatic, and skier. On weekends, you’ll find him enjoying a 12oz steak, red wine, and a UFC match.

Awais Ahmed

Director of Finance
Awais Ahmed is the Director of Finance at SLEEKFENCE™, guiding strategic decisions through deep financial analysis. With experience across 17 businesses in Canada, the Middle East, and Pakistan, he’s known for building strong relationships and driving improvement. Outside of work, Awais enjoys time with his wife and daughters, exploring nature, and playing cricket.

Sam Mitchell

Sales Director
Sam Mitchell helped build SLEEKFENCE™ from the ground up, combining a passion for engineering and process with hands-on experience. He leads the sales and support team across North America, focused on turning clients into raving fans. Off the clock, Sam enjoys wood-fired pizza, DIY projects, and mountain adventures with his wife—just don’t ask him to mow the lawn.

Shannon Grindley

Business Development Manager
Shannon Grindley is the Business Development Manager at SLEEKFENCE, working with the Business Development team to further our relationships with our clients and trained contractors. With a background in business development and project management, she enjoys working with the team to share the SLEEKFENCE products to the market. When not at work Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and family and working with charities!

Andrew Myers

Director of Operations
Andrew Myers is the Director of Operations at SLEEKFENCE™, overseeing purchasing, logistics, customer service, and distribution. With 15+ years of experience in warehousing and inventory, Andrew thrives on process improvement and team development. He believes great operations start with great people. Off the clock, he enjoys fishing, bowling, and spending time with his wife Amy and their three kids.

Brent Mitchell

Director
Brent has been in the fence industry since 1985, starting from his backyard with a simple mission: deliver great service. Nearly 40 years later, that philosophy still drives success at SLEEKFENCE™. He credits the incredible team for the company’s growth. Outside work, Brent enjoys lively family time with his wife Elizabeth, six children, four in-laws, and seven grandchildren.
